Bright Minds Student Regulations

These rules explain how to search for a tutor, send a request, arrange lessons, make payments and resolve any concern.

Effective: 30 September 2026Bright Minds student and parent accounts
01

Scope and acceptance

BRIGHT MINDS EUROPE. Bright Minds operates an educational service that helps students and parents discover tutors, compare profiles, send enquiries and organise lessons. These Regulations apply when a user creates an account, submits a request, contacts a tutor or uses another Bright Minds student service.

By accepting these Regulations during registration or request submission, the user confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they have also read the Privacy Policy. A parent or legal guardian must act for a child where required by law or platform procedure.

02

Student and parent accounts

  • Use your own accurate contact information and keep it current.
  • Protect passwords and secure links from unauthorised access.
  • Do not create misleading, duplicate or impersonating accounts.
  • Tell Bright Minds promptly if you suspect unauthorised account use.

Bright Minds may request reasonable confirmation of identity or parental authority where this is necessary for safety, payment, complaints or the protection of a minor.

04

Requests, alternatives and contact details

A request should describe the learner’s level, goals, preferred format, location and suitable times. Users may shortlist alternative tutors so that the search can continue if the first choice is unavailable.

Bright Minds may suggest a suitable alternative whose profile matches the request. The student or parent remains free to accept or decline. Contact details become available according to the platform’s matching process and must be used only to arrange the requested educational service.

05

Arranging and attending lessons

Before teaching begins, the parties should confirm the first lesson date, duration, location or online link, price, payment method, materials and cancellation conditions. Students should attend on time, prepare agreed materials and communicate respectfully.

Learning outcomes depend on attendance, practice, starting level and cooperation. Neither a tutor nor Bright Minds can promise a specific grade, examination result or completion time.

06

Prices and payments

Finding a tutor is free for students. The tutor and student or parent agree the lesson price, payment method and timing directly. Students pay the tutor; Bright Minds does not collect lesson payments on the tutor’s behalf.

The payer should keep payment confirmation. There is no student matching fee. Tutors remain responsible for issuing documents required from them under the applicable arrangement.

07

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Unless a separate written offer provides otherwise, a lesson may be cancelled or moved without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is given. A later cancellation may be charged because the tutor reserved the time. If the tutor cancels, the student may choose a replacement date or a refund for the unused prepaid lesson.

Refund requests should include the booking reference, lesson date, amount and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; bank processing times may apply.

08

Communication, safety and acceptable use

Users must not harass, discriminate, threaten, publish unlawful content, misuse personal data or request academic dishonesty. Communication about a minor’s schedule, payment or safety should involve the parent or guardian. Report safety concerns immediately to info@brightszkola.pl.

09

Reviews and profile feedback

A review must reflect a genuine lesson or contact arranged through Bright Minds. Reviews may be moderated for personal data, unlawful language, discrimination, threats, advertising, manipulation or information unrelated to the educational experience. Bright Minds may invite both sides to provide relevant context.

10

Complaints and service support

Send a complaint to info@brightszkola.pl with the user’s name, relevant date, tutor or booking reference, description and requested solution. Bright Minds will respond without undue delay and normally within 14 days.

For a concern about teaching quality, first provide specific examples and allow a reasonable opportunity to clarify or correct the issue. Bright Minds may assist with communication or a renewed tutor search.

11

Account suspension, closure and changes

Bright Minds may restrict an account for serious or repeated violations, fraud, non-payment, unsafe conduct or misuse of personal data. Except where immediate action is necessary, the user will receive the reason and a chance to respond.

A user may request account closure, subject to active lessons, outstanding payments, complaints and records that must be retained by law. Material changes to these Regulations will be communicated with reasonable notice.
